Q : Who are we?

A : We are an independent Bus ticket redistributor who is operated and regulated under the management of Green Myanmar Travels & Tours Co., Ltd. We have committed this service with the intention of delivering to our customer with flat rate and most convenience way in E-ticket. Q: What is private tour and group tour?

A: Private tour is tour run only for you and your group.
For Group tour, we collect solo traveller and also travellers who are in same travel date & same day tour types in order to be more cost effective and more fun. We have daily group tours in Bagan and Mandalay during high seasons with very low price. 

 

Q: What is your booking procedure?

A: Send payment confirmation email within 48 hours.
Then after tour is arranged, another tour confirmation email along with attached file (called complete tour e-tikcet) will be sent at latest 7 days before your travel date. After that, all you have to do is print that e-ticket out or note down the reference number on that ticket and show the guide when he/she pick you up on your hotel.

 

Q: What is office opening hours?

A: Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM and Saturday 9:00AM to 12:00PM, except public holiday.

 

Q: Can I make amendment?

A: Amendment can be made above 14 days before travel date. However, amendment fee USD5 per booking apply. All amendment request must be done by writing to our email at  [email protected]


Q: Can I make cancellation?

A: Cancellation can be made above 14 days before travel date. 

-Cancellation within 14 to 28 days before travel date:
>> Cancellation and New Booking will charge 20% of total payment. 
>> Cancellation and Refund will charge 50% of total payment. 

-Cancellation above 28 days before travel date, all kind of cancellation (that is cancel & new booking , cancel & refund) will be charged 5% of total payment.                                                                                     

All cancellation and amendment request must be done by writing to our email at  [email protected] Any credit or refund will be made to you either in Credit Code or original form of payment. All refunds will be in currency in which you originally paid for the booking.

 

Q: How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

A: We will send you payment confirmation email within 48 hours after your've booked on your website along with payment.

 

Q: How do I get ticket?

A: We will send it to your email address that you've filled in your booking state.

 

Q: What if I still haven't got complete tour e-ticket yet?

A: If your confirmation does not arrive on time or at all, then you must ask us via email ([email protected]) to resend the email confirmation of the tours you have paid for. 
Alternatively, you can always track your tour status or download your tour voucher (when it is ready) by typing 
the Ticket Reference Number in the Track ticket status field on top right corner of every page on our website.

 

Q: How do I meet with my tour guide?

A: Our tour guide will find with your name at your hotel reception.

 

Q: What do I need to show when my tour guide pick me up on that day?

A: You can print the tour complete e-ticket we've sent to your email or note down tour reference number

 

Q: Why some tours are not available to book now?
A: There are some tours or attractions which can't operate in raining season or some specific period (eg. Balloon over Bagan, Whole day cruise, Elephant camp tour). At that period, we block the tour for a while and then re-open when it can available. 

 

Q: How are the payment process? Is it secure?

A: We use Internationally accepted most reliable Paypal system. We do accept either credit card/ Visa/ Master or by Paypal account.
For those who still have problem making payment, you can do wire transfer to our Singapore bank account. Please contact us for more details.
Remark: we do not accept cash on arrival.

About Balloon Over Bagan (BOB)


Q: How long is the flight?

A: Our flights normally last 45 minutes to one hour, or longer depending on the wind. The whole experience including hotel pick ups and light champagne breakfast lasts between 2 ½ to 3 hours. Ballooning is also about watching the set up of the balloon, and being rescued at the end too, not just the flight itself. Not knowing where you are going to land is always exciting and part of the adventure!

 

Q: How many people can fit in one balloon?

A: We currently have 10 balloons in service. Two balloons have room for 8 passengers in four separate compartments plus a pilot. One balloon has room for 12 passengers in four separate compartments. Seven balloons have room for 16 passengers in four separate compartments, offering arrange of flexibility across our entire fleet for small or larger groups.

 

Q: What time will we be picked up?

A: For the morning flight, passengers are usually picked up at their hotels by Balloons over Bagan bus between 05h30 and 06h00 in the morning depending on the location of your hotel and the hotels of other passengers. The exact time will be given to you the evening before when you or your guide come to sales desk of the Balloons over Bagan office.

 

Q: What time do we get back to the hotel?

A: In the morning flight, passengers are usually back at their hotels by 8.00 or 8.30 am. Some passengers like to stay longer after landing to drink an extra glass of champagne or chat with villagers who come to witness the landing. The post flight celebrations are an important part of ballooning in this special area and not to be rushed!
